Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days. This includes the time it takes to print, pack, and prepare your item for shipment.

Once your order is fulfilled, shipping times generally range between:

• 4–10 business days for Canada and the U.S.

• 7–20 business days for international orders

These timelines may vary depending on your location and the product ordered. During peak seasons or holidays, slight delays may occur.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and the items in your order. In some cases, items may ship separately depending on the supplier or production facility used.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number by email. If your order contains multiple items, you may receive separate tracking numbers.

Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages

Once a package is in the hands of the shipping carrier, we are not responsible for delays or lost shipments. However, if your package seems to be missing or stuck in transit, please contact us—we’ll do everything we can to help you track it down.
