All sales are final. Since each item is made to order, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed.
However, if your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we’ll make it right. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at contact@raverbasics.com with:

Once reviewed, if your claim is approved, we will either resend the correct item or issue a refund, depending on the situation. We do not refund or replace items for issues resulting from customer error (e.g., incorrect size selection) or general dissatisfaction.
